It is a requirement for those wishing to be a Trinity to learn the "Tier" system through Lectures, Lessons, and Practice; we specifically use Set 1, or T1 (Traditional).
Remember, in "Tier" you there are 5 Bracket Rules; Void and Power as Cores, and Judge, Action, and Timing, for Basics.
In Tier 1 Specifically, the Numerations are..
Cores: 3/3/3 (Void), 1/3/1 (Power).
Basic: 1/1/1 (Judge), 1/1/1 (Action), 20/12/5 (Timing).
The purpose of the Bracket Rules is too; "There is no Honor or Glory in a story untold."
---------------------------------------
Cores - Note, how to remember; "A core of a robot can be CHANGEd, and VOID POWERed".
---------------------------------------
Void (3/3/3)= 3 Grammatical Mistakes, or 3 Spelling Errors gains a Void Point. 3 Void Points = Voided sentence at the time of the 3 void point accumulation. Void Points carry throughout the fight, mistakes do not.
Power (1/3/1) = 1 Passive and/or Trait, 3 Powers and/or Abilities, and 1 Aura or an Additional Power/Ability.
---------------------------------------
Basics - Note, how to remember; Remember in order of precedence on how to fight "You need JUDGEs(1) to watch the fight, then you need to take ACTIONs(2) in a TIMEly(3) orderly manner."
1) Judges, 2) Actions, and 3) Timing Bracket. ---------------------------------------
Judge Bracket (1/1/1) = 1 Neutral (From the room or both parties agree), 1 Challenger Judge, 1 Defender Judge.
Action Bracket (1/1/1) or (1/1/2) = Attack / Defend / Tactical Movement.
Timing Bracket (20/12/7) or (25/15/9) = Time for Player's Posts / Time for Reading and Judgements / Time for Extensions on Judgements, or for Pauses and ETC).

-----------Notes on Why--------
/c/ and /e/ are a system, not exclusive to Tier 1, which it says is exclusively for T-1 only, this is not true, it is a roleplaying system, and is used in both storyline RP and fighting RP (optionally and not mandatory). There's also a bunch of other things wrong with this source.
